Intellectual Property

- Elite Web Africa retains ownership of design concepts until full payment has been received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website transfers to the client, excluding third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts, and licensed assets.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing:
- Accurate project information
- Website content
- Images and branding materials
- Necessary approvals within agreed timelines
Delays in providing required materials may affect project delivery schedules.
Website Content
Clients are responsible for ensuring that content submitted does not infringe copyright, trademarks, or applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide reliable services, Elite Web Africa shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Third-Party Services
Some projects rely on third-party providers such as hosting companies, payment gateways, domain registrars, or plugin developers. Their services are governed by their own terms.
